Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR
Information on the processing of personal data collected from the data subject
In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data provided. This information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be accessible via links present on the websites under the domain of the owner, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for third-party websites.
This is an information notice provided pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data) and is also inspired by the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, regarding Cookies as well as by the provisions of the Decision of the Data Protection Authority of 08.05.2014 regarding cookies.
Processable personal data: "personal data": any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (C26, C27, C30 EU Reg. 2016/679).
1. Data controllers

2. Purpose and lawfulness of processing
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the lawfulness conditions pursuant to Art. 6 EU Regulation 2016/679 for the following purposes:
A) Management of data processing related to (art. 6 lett. b)):
browsing on this website;
Information request and commercial assistance forms and "work with us" self-application form: the personal data provided by the user when filling out the contact and/or customer assistance forms will be processed for purposes related to the information request submitted;
Newsletter subscription: the personal data provided by the user during the newsletter registration phase will be processed for purposes related to the information request submitted;
fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations, and administrative-accounting purposes. For the purposes of applying the provisions on personal data protection, processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes refers to activities related to the performance of organizational, administrative, financial, and accounting tasks, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, these purposes include internal organizational activities, those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, and information activities.
B) Data processing management related to (art.6 lett.a)):
with prior consent and until your objection, your data will be processed for direct marketing, promotional purposes, commercial communication and marketing in general, including by subscribing to the S. Ilario Rappresentanze newsletter/mailing list service for the purpose of sending newsletters, informational/commercial/promotional advertising of products/services/events of S. Ilario Rappresentanze and other companies possibly connected to it.
The data will be entered into the company CRM. The Data Controller, in order to compare and possibly improve the results of communications, uses systems for sending newsletters and promotional communications with reports. Thanks to the reports, the Data Controller will be able to know, for example: the number of readers, openings, unique "clickers" and clicks; the devices and operating systems used to read the communication; details on the activity of individual users; details of emails sent, emails delivered and not, and those forwarded. All this data is used for the purpose of comparing, and possibly improving, the results of communications.

3. Recipients or categories of recipients of the data
The personal data provided may be communicated to recipients, appointed pursuant to Art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, who will process the data as data processors and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor, in order to fulfill contracts or related purposes. Specifically, the data may be communicated to recipients belonging to the following categories:
Group companies affiliated with or controlled by S. Ilario Rappresentanze. - Entities that provide services for the management of the information system and communication networks of S. Ilario Rappresentanze (including email); - Firms or companies within the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; - Competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request; - Entities belonging to the distribution network; - Service and logistics companies that provide support activities to the commercial office. The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories act as Data Processors, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of designated Data Processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of S. Ilario Rappresentanze.
4. Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organization
The personal data provided may be transferred abroad, within or outside the European Union, within the limits and under the conditions set out in Articles 42 et seq. of Legislative Decree 196/03 as well as Articles 44 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679, in order to comply with purposes related to the transfer itself. Specifically, the data will be transferred: - to third parties who collaborate with the Data Controller for the execution of contractual and pre-contractual obligations between the parties (Art. 43 letter b of Legislative Decree 196/03 and Art. 49 paragraph 1 letters b) and c) of EU Reg. 2016/679); - to third countries for which an adequacy assessment has been made (Art. 44 point b) of Legislative Decree 196/03 and Art. 45 of EU Reg. 2016/679); - to third parties who have contractually committed to comply with the applicable principles (Data Transfer Agreement) (Art. 44 letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/03 and Art. 46 paragraph 2 letter c) of EU Reg. 2016/679); - to third countries or international organizations that have provided adequate guarantees and where the data subject has enforceable rights and effective remedies (Art. 46 of EU Reg. 2016/679). 5. Retention period or criteria
The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, using methods and tools aimed at ensuring the highest security and confidentiality, by individuals specifically appointed for this purpose. In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The retention of the personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing:
navigation on this website (session);
for contact requests, information, and the "work with us" self-application form (maximum 1 year);
receipt of newsletters or promotional communications in general via e-mail (Registration and related processing are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, which is possible via a link present in every email. If the sending frequency is lower, at least every six months a verification communication will be sent to all users, containing the unsubscribe link.");
fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations and administrative-accounting purposes (maximum 10 years, unless a longer or shorter period is established by law);

6. The Place of Processing
The Data are processed at the operational offices of the Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, contact the Controller.
7. Nature of provision and refusal
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in dedicated areas on the site. The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in point A) of this information document is necessary to complete the specific functionalities and use the services offered by the Data Controller. Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service or to use the services offered by the site. The provision of personal data and consent to their processing for the purposes referred to in point B) of this information document is optional. In the absence thereof, the Data Controller may be unable to send you, via subscription to newsletters/mailing lists and/or e-mail, informational material, commercial or promotional communications and/or offers relating to activities/products/services offered.
8. Rights of the data subjects
You may exercise your rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller at the address info@s-ilario.it
You have the right, at any time, to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure of the same, or restriction of processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g., profiling) as well as to the portability of your data. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, pursuant to Article 15 letter f) of the aforementioned Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and, with reference to Article 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
In the event of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, with the personal data concerning you, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at their own discretion and at any time. The data subject is required to periodically check for any changes. To facilitate this verification, the policy will indicate the date of its last update. The use of the site after the publication of changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
